Wednesday (2/6/21), Located at the Acintya Prasada Building FSM UNDIP, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Semarang Fishing Center (BBPI), the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences UNDIP and FSM UNDIP. Acting in the signing of the Cooperation Widodo, S.Pi, M.Sc. as the Head of the Semarang Fishing Center (BBPI), Prof. Dr. Widowati, S.Si, M.Si as the Dean of FSM and Prof. Ir. Tri Winarni Agustini, M.Sc, P.hD as the Dean of FPIK. The purpose of this Cooperation Agreement is the Applied Test of Chiller Technology Development and Ozone Plasma for Handling Crayfish Catches, in the context of responsible and sustainable use and management of fishery resources, in particular in the field of capture fisheries. The scope of the Cooperation includes:
- Applied Testing of Chiller Technology Development and Ozone Plasma in Handling of Crab Catches to obtain the desired quality of crabs.
- Storage of crabs caught by fishermen in Chillers and Coolboxes with ozone technology.
- Quality test (organoleptic, chemical and microbiological) on crab catch products that have been treated with ozone during storage.
It is hoped that the collaboration will have sustainable benefits in the fisheries sector. SPA
